Truth: All psychological emotions and feelings are morally qualifyable.
The following is a non-exhaustive lists of uncharitable emotions and uncharitable spiritual feelings:
hurt feelings, upset, offended, defensive, insecure
distraught, discouraged, disgusted, disappointed,
bored, apathetic, timid, embarrassed, humiliated,
lonely, unloved, unaccepted, rejected, betrayed,
stressed, overwhelmed, worried, scared, afraid, nervous, desperate, anxious, panicked, phobic, horrified, terrified,
bugged, annoyed, irritated, frustrated, put-out, peeved, fed-up, pissed-off, angry, vexed, hostile, furious, enraged, rage, impatient, controlling, intolerant,
manic, lustful, depressed, despairing, hopeless, feeling helpless, self-pity, suicidal,
envious, jealous, arrogant, self-righteous, hateful, animosity, bitterness, resentment, unforgiving, vengeful, spiteful,
Take any one of the emotions and feelings above and insert it into the following question:
"Is feeling ___ being Loving?"
All uncharitable emotions and uncharitable spiritual feelings are sins (absence of Truth+Love+Virtues) caused by our freely chosen interior intellectual acts that are wrong and false; i.e. irrational; i.e. sins as well.
Other interior intellectual acts that cause psychological emotions and feelings are classified as: thoughts, beliefs, expectations, wants, desires, likes, dislikes, and attractions.
Every time you have an uncharitable psychological emotion or feeling from the lists above:
"Jesus I'm sorry I feel ____, heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, and Love, show me Your Truth about why I feel ____; Thank You Jesus for Your Healing, Truth, and Love."
